At PlanetPortal we strive to create quality software that you enjoy using for your daily online purchases and online subscription platforms. You have a number of choices and we appreciate you giving us your business. Thank You. We have created this policy that details what we will do should we fail to meet your expectations.
Monthly Subscriptions. Once your payment has been processed this is deemed as completed and successful. You are required to follow the online steps in order to complete any memberships or additional forms by third party providers or websites to enjoy the services purchased. If at times, there has been a glitch in our systems, server issues, delay in responding contact forms or other issues related directly to PlanetPortal and its direct third parties, then we will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase.
Refunds take around 3-5 working days to reach your original form of payment. When a refund is issued you will be sent an email confirming the transaction.

We want you to be happy with our service throughout your entire subscription. If at anytime during your subscription we remove, break or discontinue functionality that was available at the time you signed up for services , we ask you to notify us immediately. If we fail to address the breakage of a functionality within any promised timelines , or if we are unable to provide a satisfactory work around for discontinued functionality, we will offer you a PRO-RATED REFUND for the reminder of your contract.
Temporary user request to suspend payments: We understand that there may be situations where you wish to partially stop your subscriptions or payments due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as natural disasters, serious illness, political armed conflicts or death. If such is the case, we are happy to support your case with previous email correspondence and give you an agreed time to stop payments to your card without loosing the subscription benefits or services you have purchased.
Each case would be assessed on an individual basis and contacted by email to reach a reasonable solution. You may be provided with, credits in the form of extension of subscription for the active plans or gift card codes for future use.
Auto-Renewal. For your convenience, your monthly plans (monthly, 3 or 6 months plans) will auto-renew until you cancel the subscription. The first time you subscribe, you will get an email regarding the payment plan type and billing frequency with a link to manage your account directly from our portal. Subsequently payments are billed automatically. You can identify payments on your bank statement as "WP*Planet Media".
We know that sometimes customers forget to cancel an account they no longer want until it is has already been charged. That's why, we give you a period of up to 24 hours to still cancel your subscription, and be eligible for a FULL REFUND of the last charge. However, we will NOT be able to entertain requests for refund, including any for PRO-RATED refunds, after 24 hours from the taken payment time.
Additionally, the extension of 24 hours to cancel can only be applied once per customer per year.

Exception to our Refund Policy
There will be strictly no refund (FULL OR PRO-RATED) in cases where your account is terminated or suspended or blocked by us for activities that are in violation of our Terms of Service including, but not limited to phishing, impersonation, fraud, and violation of any applicable laws found by us or our third parties.
